Welcome to Wisconsin Sports Services (“WSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wssbadgerland.com and your participation in WSS programs, including youth basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, and lacrosse leagues, tournaments, and camps. By using this website or registering for a WSS program, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Parental Consent
WSS programs are designed for youth athletes. All registrations for participants under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor, you confirm that you are that participant’s parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation.

Registration and Payment
Program registration is processed through our registration platform. Registration is not complete until payment is received and confirmed. Fees, deadlines, and division details are listed on each program or event page.

Refunds and Cancellations

Weather and Event Changes

Code of Conduct
WSS is committed to youth sports done right. Players, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to show respect for officials, opponents, facility staff, and one another at all events. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or threatening behavior may result in removal from an event or program without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Participation in athletic activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. As part of registration, participants (through a parent or guardian) are required to accept a liability waiver. Registration is not complete until the waiver is accepted.

Photo and Video Release
WSS events may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you consent to the use of event photos and video that may include participants for WSS promotional purposes, including our website and social media, unless you notify us in writing at info@wssbadgerland.com.
